Fees & Payments

All consultations are payable on the day of your appointment.

  • EFTPOS / Bank Card
  • Visa / MasterCard
  • Cash

We offer on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS, so you can claim your private health rebate immediately.

Before Your Appointment

To save time, new patients are required to complete a short form including contact details and medical history.

You can:

  • Complete this form at the clinic, or
  • Request it via SMS or email before your appointment

Appointments & Cancellations

You will receive an SMS reminder prior to your appointment.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
